Reset Methods
Night Time Rituals
- Turn-on your humidifying water diffuser.
- Set your room temperature to allow your body to cool.
- Remove excess pillows that may constrict your body and limps.
- Apply your aroma roll on for sleep support or clearing nasal passages.
Evening Wind-down
- Power down devices
- Indulge in a warm beverage, tea or organic cacoa but no later than 8:30pm
- Turn on soothing music
- Apply your massage devices to release neck and back tension where applicable
Nervous System Calm
- Prepare a cooling snack or appetizer before or as dinner. (salads, gazpacho, green smoothies)
- Power off phones at dinner
- Limit news past 7pm.
- Engage in some breath work, dance, singing or movement exercises to release tension
